Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings shipowner Cheng Hong visited Hope Great(Shenzhen) Tech Co.,Ltd to exchange LNG business cooperation

        On Nov.7th,2024,Ms. Cheng Hong, general manager of new ship Department of Wah Kwong Ship Management (Hong Kong)., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings Limited visited Hope Great to visit and exchange the implementation of FSB and RSB supporting secondary barrier for Mark-III LNG carriers.

 

   

    Wah Kwong Marine Holdings Limited was established in 1952 as a leading private shipping company in Hong Kong. They own and operate a diversified fleet of shipping companies, as well as providing a full range of technical and commercial management services to customers and business partners.

 

     

    On Sep. 27th, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony of Wah Kwong G175K-12 project was successfully held in Dalian Shipyard（DSIC）, which is the first LNG of the China Gas Holdings Ltd./Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings Limited/ China Shipping (Hong Kong) Shipping Leasing Company Limited Joint Venture Company to build four 175,000 m³of large liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers.

 

 

     Hope Great signed the FSB supporting contract for the two ships for this project in August 2024.
