The First MED B+D certificates awarded to Hope Great by CCS.

On the morning of November 10, 2021, the Guangzhou Branch of CCS awarded Hope Great the first set of MED type approval certificates for passenger ship LLL (Low Location Lighting) systems at its headquarters in Guangzhou. This certificate is the first MED certificate for LLL systems in China and also the first one issued by the CCS Guangzhou Branch to a manufacturing enterprise in the Guangdong region.

The certification ceremony was presided over by Liang Feng, General Manager of CCS Guangzhou Branch. Ren Jun, Director of the CCS Marine Product Inspection Department, and Jing Zhidao, a surveyor from the Marine Product Inspection Department, as well as Liu Peng and Zhao Lingling, General Manager and Business Director of Hope Great respectively, attended the meeting.

The LLL low-location lighting system is a statutory fire evacuation system for safe return to port as required by IMO A.752(18), MSC.98(73), and is widely used in high-end marine equipment such as cruise ships, ro-ro passenger ships, marine ranches, and large surface and underwater vessels. Hope Great has independently developed the LLL low-location lighting system under the guidance of CCS Guangzhou Branch, Shenzhen Branch, and CCS Hellas, which fills the domestic industry gap in this field.

The system, which meets international safe return requirements, utilizes the most advanced domestic technologies such as data analysis, IOT, visual monitoring, and AI, and could fully meet the technical requirements of digital ships. It has been successfully equipped in projects such as the Viking Cruise's Mock-up model room for China Merchants Group, and "Genghai 1", the second phase of the four-star large-scale marine ranch complex of Shandong Marine Group Ltd. .
