Big Challenge:To Ensure the Smooth Trial Voyage of AMC Cruise

Hope Great received an order for the acoustic, optical, and electrical project from China State Shipbuilding Corporation Adora Cruise Co., Ltd. and its ship management company Columbia on December 13th. With the order including 50 different types of products, Hope Great is challenged to complete the project  before December 22nd.

There are a variety of urgently needed entertainment equipments for performances, including speakers, stage lighting, earphones and in-ear monitors, IPTV camera live broadcast systems, tools for the performance team and onboard staff, cables, and software. Preparing such a big deal within merely 10 days was almost impissible, but the team of Hope Great successfully made it and finally allowing the performance on the cruise ship to proceed smoothly.

During the inaugural voyage of Adora Cruises’ Magic City(AMC) on December 24th, an unexpected situation occurred with the LED display screen located in the Starlight Club on board. The system was originally managed by the European supplier of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.（SWS）. However, on the 24th, the Europeans were already in the midst of their Christmas celebrations and out of contact. 
After receiving a request for assistance from Adora Cruises, Hope Great quickly contacted its technical department and suppliers. Fortunately, the malfunction was resolved in less than one hour. The rapid response and efficient handling of the unexpected situation by Hope Great received unanimous approval from the leaders of SWS and the owner of Adora Cruises at the scene.
